Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products, but if any items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods. We do not offer returns or refunds for products ordered incorrectly or due to change of mind. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges for defective or damaged products are available if reported within 7 days of delivery. For any issues beyond this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
